The Life in the Shadow of the War in Ukraine

Russia began military aggression against Ukraine in 2014 by annexing Crimea and supporting armed conflict in Donetsk and Luhansk. On February 24, 2022, it launched a full-scale invasion. Major cities including Kyiv, Kherson, and Mariupol came under attack. Ukraine put up strong resistance. The war continues with heavy losses on both sides.
