A paranoid dictator

During the Cold War (1947-1991), Albania was ruled by Enver Hoxha with a hard and bloody hand. The dictator was known for his own style of communism, also called "Hoxhaism", and the system became one of the most isolated regimes in the world. During forty years of rule, the dictator, who died in 1985, built tens of thousands of bunkers and kilometers of fallout shelters in this poor country.
