The dog named Jina hugs her rescuer after she was saved from the flooded streets of Kherson, Ukraine, On June 6, the Russian Federation blew a Kakhovka Dam on the Dnipro River in Southern Ukraine. It caused a catastrophic flood in more than 80 villages and cities, as Ukrainian officials report.
