Bratislava, , the city I actively move in, a place I moved to from Košice, the metropolis of Eastern Slovakia in 2009. A place I perceived even more intensely as a newcomer. As time went by, I started to see the city through different and refined lenses and my attention was drawn to details which form and shape the city. A compact photo series submitted for the Bratislava Grant is composed of segments of reality which refer to the quick pace, the flow of time and slight deviations seen in the city; photos taken as author’s signature brand: with humour, irony and visible exaggeration.
