Just past a bridge near the Haus der Kunst art museum in Munich there is a popular river surfing spot. Eisbach is the name of a small, about 2km long man-made river in Munich. Flowing through the English Garden since the early 1970s gathers a lot of surfers who can play at about one meter high waves.
